2) Card Condition & Higher Value Cards

  • All prices assume NM condition unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Lower-condition items may be excluded or purchased at a reduced rate.
  • For higher-value raw cards (premium EX, Full Arts, Alternate Arts, Secret Rares), provide clear photos for accurate valuation.

3) Packaging & Shipping

  • Higher value cards (≥ £5) must be sleeved and in a top loader.
  • Lower value cards can be grouped in penny sleeves or team bags.
  • Bulk should be stacked neatly, wrapped securely, and boxed to prevent movement.
  • Clearly separate each tier in the package: bulk, holo, premium, graded, sealed, other.
  • Include your confirmation email or reference number inside the box for faster processing.
  • Use bubble wrap or packing paper to avoid damage.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit — tracked/insured postage is recommended.

4) Payment & Submission

  • Payment is made once items are received, inspected, and confirmed.
  • Typical processing time is 2 business days from receipt.
  • For large orders, partial payments may be arranged before completion.
  • Bank transfer preferred; PayPal Goods & Services available (3% fee).
  • We may decline buyouts under £50 total value before shipping.
  • Complete one submission per shipment.

5) Quantity Discrepancies

  • If quantities differ from the submitted totals, payment will be adjusted after verification.
  • Extra items will be added at the agreed rate.

6) Organisation & Sorting Fees

  • Items must be organised by the categories used in our submission form.
  • Mixed/unsorted lots (e.g., bulk and premium together without labels) may incur a handling fee, deducted from final payment.

7) Counterfeit Cards

  • Counterfeits or proxies will not be paid for and may be returned at your expense.
  • If return shipping is unpaid within 14 days, these items will be discarded without payment or compensation.
